What We Do: Promote community engagement through
- social events such as potlucks and parades
- an online vehicle for communicating and collaborating within our community
- welcome committee for new neighbors
- assist neighbors in need
Items of interest:
- Crime watch
- Marketplace (like Craig’s list) and/or space for giving away household items no longer of use (like Freecycle)
- Emergency preparedness
- Neighborhood services such as babysitting, snow removal, landscaping, lawn mowing, tree removal, pet sitting (send us an e-mail to add you to our contact list!)
- Community events (let us know of any yard sales, etc.)
- Assistance for elderly neighbors or other neighbors in need
- Biannual neighborhood bulk trash bins
- Other community issues, as they arise
- Welcome committee for new neighbors
